Forums not refreshing?

I've noticed myself that the threads sometimes state that the last post is by "person B" but when I click on the thread, I can only see the one beforehand, posted by "person A".

This point was made out by Trem just a few days back.

I have also noticed that when I click on "New Posts" it still comes up with posts from a while back.

I know, when the forum is given some time, it will refresh all this and everything will be hunky dory. However, if I'm having multiple conversations or constantly on a thread talking to other members, the "New Posts" feature doesn't update on some threads.

Is the server getting clogged up or something?

Not a complaint. I know sometimes when reading things that it can come across as a good old whinge, but I'm just curious and want to check the moderators are aware of this problem
