Question scratches help?

hi all,

got a few light scratches(which was one by a stone) on my car which i think are to deep to tee cut out? Any suggestions how i can sort this or will i be looking at a respray?

thanks for the reply. think the colour is called cast iron silver(which is a dark silver?

if they wont t-cut out then you will have to seek professional help as you are not likely to have an electric polisher at home, the other bits and pieces you will need are cheap and available at halfords etc. try your local chipsaway bodyshop in the first place, if it doesnt need paint they will polish out for reasonable money.

Or you could try that new stuff that is being advertised on the box. I think its called Mantis scratch remover. It looks like it works really well and on any paint colour - that is if you believe everything you see on the tele.

Worth a punt I should think.

dont waste your money on the smart pens advertised on ebay , they are usless on any scratch more than a very light scuff

should have added that if you can feel the scratch with a fingernail then it will need paint

This stuff is a load of crap. It does not do what it says on the tin... or shall I say plastic bottle. It is totally and utterly useless.

Get some Farecla G3 compound and a machine polisher. Elbow grease will do if you dont have a buffer
