removing gear knob from 206 1995
Hi
Anyone any tips on how to remove a gear knob on a pug 206 1995 1.9 turbo diesel model please? Also - if I do remove will a "screw" fit one easily fit back on as the ones I have seen come with a "thread" and then tighten on using grub screws. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks |

Turn is either direction through 90 degrees and pull like feck, being careful not to smack yourself in the face when it comes off.
You'll either need a new Pug knob (leather/chrome 207 and 308 ones are nice) or else one with grub screws.

 Many thanks for your reply. Eventually got the gear knob off by kneeling on both seats - across the handbrake and pulling hard!!! Fortunately I missed smacking myself in my face  Thank you again |
