Peugeot 206 1995 door pins

Anyone know how I replace the door pins for a Peugeot 206 1995? I appear to have lost errr one!

I can see Richbrook door chrome pins but anyone know how I change them - do I need to take the door panel off to do so or will they clip in or out in the case for the one that is still in the door?

Will these affect the central locking at all?

I have managed to purchase a set of door pins but how the bugger do I get the old ones out? I have removed the door panel but cannot see how they come out....

Any ideans any one please?
