glass removal off wing mirror.. how to?

Anyone know how to remove the actual glass mirror bit from the wing mirror unit?
I've got a 307 and the passenger side one was smashed so i was going to buy a replacement off the bay, but knowing how to remove the glass would be helpful before I end up breaking the actual unit..

Theres a small clip in behind you have to undo,haven`t done it myself sorry.
