fOG LIGHT REMOVAL AND REFIT

Hi All New to this forum. just had a little bump in my 406. need to replace front nearside fog light. Can undo the bottom mounting brackets but can anyone tell me how i get to the top screw to remove the light.

With alot of grief!!
Tape a t30 bit to a quarter drive extension and try and loosen it.
