Hi Guys at the moment my 307 doesn't have alloy wheels I have only owned the car for around three days and the official front peugeot hub caps have been stolen
So would be very keen to replace them them with peugeot alloys, can anyone recommend or confirm is it possible to increase the size of the wheel without effecting the economy? for example could I go to a 16" wheel with a particular tyre to fill the arches a little more and it not effect my mpg, if anyone is breaking a 307 that has alloys I would be very interested in buying them as I dont have much money and cant afford new, but given what has happened in just two days it could work out more expensive replacing hub caps.any suggestions would be gratefully received. |

Hi i have some 16 inch peugeot alloys that i have for sale, i had an old 307, wrote it off an took the alloys and got a new one with them so they are off a 2003 307 with two brand new tyres replaced about 30-40 miles ago when i bort the car as new. i have had 17 inch alloys on my old car and i could tell the difference between them and when i had 15s on my old car. im not sure how you can make sure the hub caps dont get stolen but i guess you could just glue them in or something? Give me a call or text on 07581779358 if you are interested, i dont often check this forum and i will be quite busy today, if you want you could either pick them up or i can drop them off if you could pay for desiel.
Thanks |

Yea, you could put that straight away. No need of spacers or special bolts.
