307 1.4 51 plate heating/aircon fault

Hello was hopeing that some one could possibly give me some indication to why my heating/aircon has stopped dead.

Couple of weeks back my third heating speed wasnt working and now upon starting my car tonight the whole lot will not come on. All lights on aircon, blowers turn on but nothing happens, will check water and fuses in the morning but could it be the resistor?

P.S. Would normally take it to a garage but just forked out £155 for tax and parner has lost his job...would be a tough cookie and bare it but got a 2yr old and its too cold for him!

Just to help me understand, when you say "blowers turn on but nothing happens" do you mean its blowing but not hot or do you mean you can't feel anything?

Do you have the climate control unit with the digital screen? or the twisty turny knobs?

I hope I didn't confuse you with my technical jargon
