I have recently bought a USB box (9702.EZ) to connect to my RD4 in my 407.
It is fitted OK, and activated in PP. When I insert a USB stick, it will play the tracks, but doesn't show the title on the display as it said it would. I have about 8 or 9 different albums on there, but it will only differentiate between 1, 2 & 3, or all tracks on CD6. Why doesn't it show the titles? Why doesn't anything come up when pressing the list button? Why will it only show CDs 1 to 3, or all on 6? Any help appreciated Edit: tried something different.... wiped the USB stick clean, and then using Windows Explorer, pasted on the music I wanted, rather than using Media Player to sync it to the USB. This has now meant the CD changer function now sees CDs 1 to 6, with 6 still being the one with all tracks... this now kind of makes sense, as I presume 6 was the limit for a proper CD changer. Still haven't got the titles though, or anything when pressing the list button. I've tried different CDs to see about titles, and some do have the titles and some don't... but even the ones without, still allow a list of sorts to be displayed. Why do some show titles and others don't? ![]() p.s. the USB box has the latest software v3.03 from the servicebox website
