Tweeters in Dash

Hi All

I am looking to upgrade my Speakers etc, just wondering how i can get to the tweeters in the dash. I hope its a simple fix

Can anyone help??

when i was on a random dismantle job in the car, i just prised them out using a flat headed screw driver, just clips into the dash and the speaker is attached to the mesh.
