Speaker Upgrade & Amplier/Subwoofer

I am thinking of have my front/rear speakers upgraded and maybe adding an amp/sub.

Ive no rear door card speakers, I have a stealth parcel shelf though with two infinity speakers installed. Dont think I'll be changing them.

I have just the original 307 headunit so can I connect an amp to this...

Something like this for the rear and maybe mount the tweeters where the top of the seatbelt is...

im not able to start a thread so il have to comment on this one
im thinking about getting a subwoofer but i dont know if its worth it?
i bought a 306 the other day and theres 4 alpine speakers in the back that look quite old but are still sounding nice. im looking at getting Halfords Ireland | Edge EDB10 10" Active Subwoofer

but will i have to upgrade my speakers aswell to make it sound good? i dont want to spend alot of money thanks
