Sat Nav Disc Problem

Hi, I have a problem with the Sat Nav on my 607. I have it from a very reliable source that it is the disc.
I would like to know the best way of copying the disc (can it be done on a lap top?).

Yeah any half decent software and laptop/pc will copy it.

I always use nero.
