Smile RT3 programming HELP

Hi if someone could help a newbie please, I have a new RT3 radio and already know it need reprogramming to get rid of the bleeping, but it also shows a jumbled screen. Will this be sorted as well or is the one a bought faulty?

My unit is a 5xx software.Will an upgrade sort the jumbled screen?

Hi, what do you mean exactly by jumbled screen? can you upload a photo of that?

Unit now not in car as i need to find someone with planet software to help programe, but the analog clock was the only complete readable thing on the screen.It looked like it was trying to show everything at once.The radio and cd worked fine.

if you mean a screen on the radio that should be sorted on programming.

if you mean the screen at the top of the dash (MFD), ive been told this screen can just die and a new one is needed. but as you say wait till you get it paired to the car.
