RD4 instead of rd3

hey guys.I have a problem.I want to upgrade from rd3 to rd4 radio,because i have aux connection on rd4.so ,how you know rd3 has iso connection and rd4 is based on quadlock.I need info about block B in rd4.I know where is ground,+12,ignition +12 ,but other 2 pins are called can low and can high.How can i know if my peugeot 307 2001 has CAN BUS?is it possible to connect rd4 on my pug instead of old rd3?Sorry for poor english.THANKS!
P.S.If anyone could help me i promise to make guide about this.
