Hi, I have replaced the head unit in my 307 y reg & it plugged straight in but it does not hold any memory at all so then I replaced the ISO leads/block but still no joy. Then tried bridging the red/yellow this works fine as far as the radio is concerned but totally drained the battery overnight. please help anyone........

is it a sony head unit you have installed?
i know from personal experiance they have an a.off function, which you should set to 30secs and remember to turn it off and pull face off when leaving car.

No its a kenwwod, no settings on head unit but really cant see why its draining battery overnight. I thought red was permanent live and yellow was memory so dont the 2 go together.
