Smile Parrot kit for 307

I have a 2005 307 hdi 1.6 dsl, 110bhp, and i want to fit a handsfree kit .
Is the parrot the way to go and has anyone fitted one to a 307?
Is it difficult or just a matter of removing the stereo and fitting the adaptor kit? Any ideas or even photos would be great?

Which Parrot model? Assuming the brain for the kit has ISO connectors for hooking up to the head unit it's a quick job of stuffing everything down the back.

One thing I would advise is to take the switched 12 volt supply from something like the fag lighter due to the multiplex wiring. If you leave the switched 12 volt line connected to the ISO connector you might find your kit doesn't switch off for a few minutes after you lock the car. And that's a pain in the ass if you're in the house but still within bluetooth range when you answer the phone...

I supply and fit a lot of car kits and would choose bury cc9060
Over parrots any day of the week and yes both kits come with ISO
Harnesses as standard

Why would you recommend the bury over the parrot?

It is the parrot mki 9200 model and there seems to be some different opinion on which lead to use. Mine is a 2005(FEB) peugeot 307 with a non amplified ordinary cd/radio factory fitted.
Any ideas?

I've had less issues with bury kits and replacement parts are cheaper

Sound is as good if not better as for voice recognition it beats parrots hands down and will even read out your text messages on certain phones

just spotted this post, if it helps, i fitted a parrot mki9100 to my 307 - really is a case of hook it up and away you go! hardest part is affixing the screen/mic to the slippery dash surface!
