How do I update the software on rd4 head unit?

you will need an update cd with the latest version.

The engine need to run
insert the update cd

Also,

Is the bluetooth module plugged in to the back or the RD4 unit and if I can buy a newer version will I then get A2DP?

Most of the dealers have a cd, you can use the cd for more then one car. If you want your own cd, order one by a dealer.

It's possible to update the carkit module with the diagnostic computer. But not replaceable for an other version. With an update a2dp is still not possible.

207 owner in Korea can' t find the way to get an update CD here.
Anybody can send it online, plz~?
Having a problem to activate the cd changer port with PP2000.
Perhaps my RD4 needs an update.
