Crimp butt connectors

Are these the right size for car stereo cable.....?

it does say its for 1.1mm^2 to 2.5mm^2, the stereo wires are i believe 1.5mm^2 so you should be good, just make sure you press the crimps correctly or else they can get vibrated apart

Either the blue or reds will do. Get a decent pair of ratchet crimp pliers while you're at it
