Bluetooth woes , is it the icelink ??

I have just bought the missus a 308 GT , on a 57 plate, she is very happy with it, but we have a few teething troubles. I have had the TPMS switched off by a local garage who has peugeot planet. as it kept flashing up with not monitored / low pressure .

The bluetooth is an issue, the phone will connect, phonebook / call list is displayed, little envelope when a message comes through.. just will not ring / call from the car , the radio does not muteor ring but can make a connection from the car and it calls from the phone. It has a dension icelink fitted for an ipod , and this uses the cd autochanger plug to operate. Reading a couple of posts it looks like this could be causing the issue with the bluetooth, could this be right ? If not any other ideas ?
