Blaupunkt Car Radio Code.

Hello,

Apologies for asking this, as I am guessing that it has been asked a million times already.

My father has a Peugeot 206, for which a Blaupunkt Radio with CD changer is fitted. He has recently had to change the battery, and as you have already guessed, it is now requiring an input code.

He has been to the local dealership who are asking for £40 to get a new code. I think this is way over prices, having been onto Ebay and seen replacement units for less.

There are numerous places that have code unlocking deals for up to £10 but I do not know if they are trustworthy or not. I have also read that it is possible to get an application whereby I could input the serial number of the radio and it will come up with the code.

If anyone could help, I would be entirely grateful, and will ensure my dad signs up to this site immediately. He is not good with computers, but can but quite useful at times. He is also a big Peugeot fan. I drive an RX8, so would not be too much use. I will however be browsing for quite some time and will assist in any way I can.

Again, sorry for my first post being a request for help, but I could not bear him paying Peugeot for something which can be done elsewhere.
