Peugeot 807 2.2 HDI Still overboosting

After replacing the small valves under the scuttle panel, and having a smoke test carried out to confirm no air leaks we are still getting over boost code P0245 intermitant engine light coming up and vehicle going in and out of limp mode.

We have also Bought a new air doser / actuator for the turbo £120 but sill no joy engine light still there.

Anymore ideas??

Problem now sorted, Down to a Bent plastic actuator rod control from the solenoid at the end of the Cylinder head.

hmmmm,,seem to think the swirl capsule was mentioned!!!!!
