Peugeot 806 FAULT CODE 0246

Hi, can anyone help me with my Peugeot 806 loss of power on long journeys.

The engine fault code 0246. Been told it is a boost pressure sensor.

After a while it goes into a limp mode cannot rev past 3000 rpm, you can feel it trying to clear it self.

After a few minutes it clears and away it goes. the car seems to be running on three quarters of its potential power.

Any ideas would be appreciated
