Hi,
A little help from the people in the know I hope, Peugeot dealer was of no use. I am having trouble with my 2.2hdi fuel gauge, it is not reading the correct amount of fuel in the tank, and I have run out on numerous occasions with sometime 50 miles being left on the digital display and the needle showing just under a quarter of a tank. I have had my 807 for a couple of years, and I got the local dealer to replace the engine and fuel filters and the fuel sender unit whilst still under warranty, but it did nothing and I just have to make sure ther is plenty of diesel in. Can anybody shed any light??? ![]() Thanks Simon |

As far as i'm aware, the sender unit is a simple potentiometer (variable resistor / volume knob!) so if this has been changed, then it's probably at the dashboard where the problems are.
Unless the fuel tank has a horrible dent in it? |
