FAP or non FAP oil ?

Hi guys,what oil do I need for my 57 plate 807 1.9 hdi ? Just looked in Halfords and they give 2 choices ,FAP and NON FAP.Which do i choose ?

Do you know what a FAP is ?

you can use either, but FAP specific oil helps create a lower ash and particulate content in the emissions, so the FAP: has an easier time.
