807 executive ....com 2000

as i indicate right my headlights switch on for only 2 or 3 seconds
also if i use my full beam it sticks and i have to flick it several times for it to go off, however i now have removed the bulbs in the full beam as they where stopping on all the time!!!! i have asked at the dealers and was told £250.00 plus vat, can anyone advise
1.. are they repairable
2.. is there any where other than a dealers to get a one cheaper
3.. is it right it must be an 807 com 200 that i use
