Hi Guys
I'd appreciate any advice from somebody who's had experience of releasing the bonnet catch on an 806, without the benefit of an attached release cable! I went to check my oil level today, and found no resistance when I pulled the bonnet release lever from inside the cabin...hence the resulting problem. I've tried looking from underneath, and I've tried sending a ruler into the gap between the grill and the bonnet, but there's little apparent access either way; even a link to a diagram of the under-bonnet release mechanism might be helpful. Thanks for any helpful advice you might have. |
