just got map update for 607 cd, how do i install in car tried just replacing origanal maps but does not work

what system do you have mate, is it the seimens monochrome system or Phillips Carin VDO Dayton?

you dont need to install the disc or map for the VDO Dayton.. Only the seimens monochrome system comes with the update exe file which installs when you insert the disc..

is it a navteq or teleatlas disc? do you have the part number?
