Default Problems with my 607

Firstly may i say hello to every , i have read all the posts on this site.

I have 2 problems with my 607,

1st a warning came on that said "engine anti pollution system faulty" stayed on for a couple of days then went out (any ideas about this problem would be appreciated)

2nd problem, on trying to remove my air conditiong panel you say you can use butter knifes, i know it sounds daft but how far have you got to push blades through facia, ive been trying for about 50 mins and i cant seem to get it to budge.

welcome to the forum mate..

Anti Pollution fault could be anything... need to scan for codes.. it can come if filter is blocked, faulty sensors, fans not coming on etc etc..

To pull out the aircon control use a dull butter knife (just an inch in) on each side.. (just the sides though) it will come out and use other hand to pull it out.. simples..

attached for your info..

agreed... it does..

never put any treatment into it.. mixes with the Eolys and creates immense soot which obviously gets trapped into the filter and ends up cloggin it..
