Default Peugeot 607 Front Bumper Removal

Hi,

I need to get the front bumper off so I can replace the low and high speed resisters that sit behind it, how do I get the front bumper off?

Thanks

Gavin

its easy but you need patience for it...

first step is remove the two grill bits from the top of the bonnet. Then unscrew the torx screw just above the badge..

then turn the two hooks just beside the headlamp (white color) 90 degree and you will see the front grill (still intact) but detaches from the chasis.

Now take the wheel arches off.. (simply unplug.. push the middle bit it and pull it out)

Now unscrew the three parts at the bottom of the bumper which is like a shield.

Once these have come off.. unscrew the bumper from the edges on each side (size 10)

now here comes the tricky bit..

1- if you have headlamp washers.. pull them out by hand and use a nose plier to free the tube coming from the pump.

2- use a wire hanger to unhook the white hooks under the lamp (Can only be accessed when the wheel arches are off. Turn it to 90 degree and thats you.. the bumper comes off (remember to unplug your fog lamps)

It takes me 30 minutes to remove... its not complicated.. if you are still unsure let me know.. I should be able to get something in picture for you..
