PDC ecu - Location ?

Hi All. Brand new member and this is my first post.

Can someone tell me where on the car I can find the PDC ecu..?

I've just bought my 2nd 2.2 Hdi and it's giving a continuous 3 second beep when I put it in reverse.

I still have my 1st 2.2 Hdi in my garage and intend to strip it for parts (cylinder head damage after timing belt slippage).

Is there anything to stop me taking the PDC ecu from my old 607 and putting it in my new one..?

See D square on the diagram, it shows pdc ecu being in top right corner of your boot.
