Passenger window wont go up

Hi all hope someone can throw some light on this before i pull it all apart
wound down passenger window this morning went to put it back up nothing can hear a sound from motor when trying to put it up so assume fuse is ok
but window wont move
batt ok as tried with engine running
drivers side works ok
its a 2003 607 V6 auto last 8 vin 92082227

edit sounds a bit like something scraping against the glass
