particulate filter help (fap)

hello i have a 04 plate 2.0 hdi 607 and need to clean the particulate filter i have read about cleaning it with tfr cleaner anyone heard about that? is the filter in the middel of the car in the exhaust system with 1 wire and 2 pipes going to it? thanks for any help.

The Particle Filter needs to be re-generated and filter cleaned.. The reservior takes the fliud which is £17 and litre and around 4 litre is used.. The car needs to know that the filter is generated.. this is done by Peugeot planet..

steps - clean the filter, sometimes it would need to be replaced.. cost is £50 but garage can buy it back and give you one for £250.. Then top up the fluid in the reservior then the regeneration over high revs..

Its not a DIY job.. you need to take it to a good Peugeot garage and expect to pay around £400 for the whole lot.. otherwise the warnings keep coming back..
