Headlight washer not working

I was reading another thread put up by Thomps, in which there is a description of the washer bottle. This said it had two pumps. As my car has a small leak on the washer bottle I decided to get a new one.
Everything worked I thought.
Upon taking the washer bottle off I found that mine also had two pumps. The headlight pump was completely siezed. It must have been like this since I bought the car cos I had no idea it had headlight washers.
I thought I'd try to get this totally unused item to work. I bought a new pump (it was F.E (fairly expensive) £78.00) fitted it & guess what.
I still have no headlight wash.
Fuse is OK
Any one got an Idea why?

Not seen this in Peugeot planet but would not be surprised if you have to enable this on the diagnostics,highly unlikely but French electrics are somewhat complex.

i know it is an old topic,but i have the same problem and was wondering if you were able to enable the headlight washer ?
