Engine fault code

Any thoughts as to if this is a plug, coil, or the actual CAT ???

Has come up twice - last time was about 3,000km's ago. I thought that there was a wee cough right before the light came on so perhaps the plug/coil?

Also, Bank 1 (is that the near or far bank when I lift the lid?) ?

nothing to do with plug of coil... check your exhaust for any leaks, check oxygen/temp sensors are connected and operational. Run a paramater check on the sensors..
