Default diesel pump

when i turn my ignition on i can hear fuel pump priming. when engine starts the pump can still be heard as if its whining, got an errorr code coming up on my ob2 reader P087, fuel rail too low, when i accelerate, is my pump on its way out if so how much are they and is it easy to change, i done one on my 406 and it was easy. thanx

as david says....ive also been told if you look into your fuel filter and see iron fillings, thats your fuel pump going....on how true that is i dont know

Default pump.

cant remember if it was done on last service, will get a new 1 2day. Will let u know.is there only 1 fuel filter or is there an inline 1 somewhere aswell.
