607 Diesel Injector

Hello,

I have a peugeot 607 diesel and my boyfriend as noticed that one of the injectors is leaking fuel, is the injector sealed with an 'O' ring, dont want to take to the local pug dealer as we seem to get ripped off something bad, see list below of repairs so far.

New injector fitted 18 months ago £480.00
Driver front window mechanism 19 months ago £404
Passenger front winow mechanism 20 months ago £404
Tyre valve fell off £180 to replace.
New clutch £790.00
Various other bits that my boyfriend fitted £360

Good god i could have got a good car for that.

Hello again,

Sorted the problem turns out that when we had it replaced all them months ago it was never torqued down enough so its worked lose.

jesus thats serious money

i take it you had bother finding the same guy to tighten it, as he was on holiday with your money.
