P1160 p1161

Hi
I have a 407 with 3FZ engine
the check engine light is come on
the fault in ecu is
P1160 - intake manifold
P1161 - throttle motor position
I go to mehanic and he replaced the engine ecu and the throttle body
and the problem doesn't resolved

What could be the problem?

or new throtle body need be learn after change and new software to engine ecu

i replaced new throttle body and used engine ecu,after assembly i did a software update.
the wiring harnass is OK.

new body need adoption for engine if is do corectly and used ecu is correct shoulbe fine
