So I'm not sure if this is normal behaviour, but i've noticed some things just now, some long time ago:
1 - when ignition is switched on, there is this sound, cnc-servo-like that lasts for about 1sec. 2 - when engine is turned off there is a audible low pitch beep beep beep from under bonnet 3 - when engine is turned off and lights were on, the dashboard/radio/buttons leds stay on for a bit, but the a/c leds go off straight away. 4 - when car is locked, small mfd on Speedo remains on for about 2 min, and the windows buttons remain on too, but very very very dim. Then everything goes off together. |

dunno about your funny clicking....
as for the rest. dashboard in mine stays lit for a few seconds after locking..as does interior light. watched it do it yesterday by coincidence. rest of lights turned off...dash and dash display stayed lit for a few seconds, could be longer didnt count the only other sound i get is if you sit in the car when all turned off for a minute or so you can hear a faint whirring that sounds like air vents being electronically closed....electric motors type of thing. but i dont get that loud click your hearing in your vid. |

Heater works fine, both are cold or hot when i want them to be, or one hot, one cold etc etc. i also get the vents closing sound when turned off, but not concerned about that.

I always though the beeeep from under the bonnet was normal, had it on my 307 and now on my ford, especially after driving about 10 miles...
