1.6HDI low turbo boost

Starting new thread as now got Planet and now confident in what I'm being told the faults are.
I was getting low boost and flow meter signal air flow too high, these were the top 2 on list of faults, asuming they go in order that the happen. There were also the other faults showing that I had previously removed with the other tools.
Also had intermittent fault, additional heating circuits 1 & 2 short circuit to earth, short circuit to pos, open circuit or actuator malfunction.

I have checked all the Turbo hoses, only thing I have spotted is what looks like an oil leak from top of the inter cooler, which I will check with someone reving the engine to see if that my air leak.
