1.6 hdi ecu replacement

Hi all,
New to the site & some interesting reads on here, is it possible to program an ecu from another car to mine using planet, mine will not run (no fuel pressure in live data) have changed pressure sensor & pump, could the ecu be the problem?,
hope someone can help,

No it will not work. It is matched to the doner cars BSI.
The ecu could be de immobilized alright.

Ok, thanks for the info david, i am at my wits end with this car & don't know which way to turn next with the damn thing
