Default Peugeot 406 LX not starting

My Peugeot 406 LX is turning over, alas not starting. I believe that the problem has been casued by lack of anti-freeze and water getting into the engin, dip stick showed lots of water and and not much oil. Anyway drained water/oil and got some K-Seal (fingers crossed) it would do the trick, alas it needs a engin turning over i.e. heat to trigger the sealing process.

Is there anyway of getting the car to start and turn over long enough to get the sealing process to get to work?

I do not really want to take to the garage as the car is well over 10 years old and time may have come to say buy to it - so the more the work I can do on it the better.

Any useful advise would be gratefully appreciated.
