Locking engine/cambelt

Hello,on with replacing crank pulley and cambelt...I don't seem to be able to find the locking hole for the flywheel does anyone know anything about this?..also I see on ebay 'solid' new crankshft pulley instead of the stupid 2 piece one,has anyone fitted one of these in place of the 2 piece?...thanks for any info! .oh and the car as done 210,000 mls....I guess I will replace the water pump,but do the belt tensioners/rollers need replacing? what does everyone else do?......
