Default HDI clutch issues

Hi I have a 406 diesel Hdi with a funny clutch. It started off just failing, you then pump it up and away you go. I thought slave cylinder and changed that. There is no fluid loss and is still doing it. What next??

Thanks Simon

More likely to be a failing master cylinder than a slave, If the seals fail in the slave the fluid leaks out, if master cylinder seals fail the fluid just isn't pumped anywhere.
