Default good parts source on tinternet

Hi guys
I've just aquired a 406 that was working before I picked it up but not now, and the chances are it's the engine management control relay next to the ecu.
So apart from buying one that matched from the usual big bay thingy, I decided splash out and get a new one. My local auto sparky bloke said they should cost about £20 and a citroen dealer said their equivalent was about thirty seven squid...eeek...for a relay. Alright it's a mulfunction part with two relay's built in and interface pass throughs for a couple for the engine sensors to the ECU. So I went to the local Pug dealer who'd just taken over dealership and told I needed my vin no. So here I am at home and I called and told them my vin and the part I need. I am now waiting on a call back....Gist of the storey is I can get disks and software for all the big names but Puegeot I can find very little...... alright I download them and some of the big names or online sellers give direct access to their database online. Are there any Puegeot parts companies do the same here in U.K. Or does anyone know a good European source for parts with a good database to select the part. I'm usually quite good at finding bit's for my bike and other cars and bits for domestic appliances. It's like Puegoet U.K. have closed all the avenues. Not that I could ever afford one, but I doubt I would buy a new Pug If I could given how hard it is to get the parts.
Thanks for reading my winge hope someone can help
Mike

Dealers are usually pretty good with parts supply, but you will likely need either a part number or a VIN. TBH, going to a dealer to buy such an item without them is a daft thing to do. Until the last year or so it was possible to still get body parts for a 404 via the dealers.

Dean Hunters have bought up the bulk of pugs older stock now, so parts for older cars are still generally freely available.

Alternatively, take the relay apart and resolder it, a process known as Fosterisation (yes, true!)
