BSI fault
I have a 2003 406 HDI and the Head lights and wipers are constantly on and the car refuses to start. Auto tune guy tried to communicate with it but got completely blank reading are there any tips on reseting or am i looking at a bigger fault? Any pointers appreciated, cheers

disconnect the battery and leave for an hour or so and see if that helps.
Edit: "davidireland" will be able to tell you straight away...he's good that way

hi i had same problem is your immob light on the dash a key in a box? mine would not start and was like yours my com 2000 wiper/light stalk unit was the problem ya can try that hope that helps

i think you would need to Download your BSI and Auto configure it, had the same problem with mates car and what i said did the job

You can re-configure your bsi by selecting manual configuration but this can be chancy....also record before you change anything....  it's a good idea to print out your bsi configuration incase (for some reason) it's lost at some stage.
