heyy i just bought a 406 SRI 2.0 turbo from a friend of mine and the alarm wont stop going off... as soon as i open the door it engages so ive had to disconnect the battery... he said that it was ok before but 3 days ago he had to charge the battery im wondering if this has somthing to do with it :/ i have no plip buttons on the key as they broke and he has always used the key to get in... now everytime i connect the battery the indicator lights flash to say alarm is engaged is there anyway to completely take the alarm out cause they useless anyway

so should i be getting a new battery? and when i connect it will i have to reset the alarm or anything? an thanks

not at the moment i think its the open button that is broken completely the lock button seems to be ok but i think the batteries are dead in it atm and my friend never tried to fix it

i sorted the problem i just jumped in an started pressing the buttons an locking an it just stopped :/ lol
