406 2.2hdi diesel additive tank

My diesel additive tank is broken apparently. Not cracked but the sensor inside means the car wont rev over 1800 revs on hills, it just wont pull at all. Cant find a second hand one off the same car. Does anyone know which other models use the tank that fits my car

If this is a coupe, then try contacting a seller Ade1122 on the bay of e as he is a dedicated 406 coupe breaker - tank "may" be the same for a saloon and estate, but without checking service box, I can't confirm
