Anyone with a 308 got experience of using snow chains?
Just ordered these (http://www.towequipe.co.uk/products/...5-55-x-16.html) and was looking for any useful tips. |

Thanks bettyswollocks,
Did consider the socks, but I thought the chains were more of a long-term solution and more likely to work in deep snow. The chains do say they're alloy friendly... |
