My 308 have what appears to have a removable hitch. There's a knob that loosens the hitch when I turn it but I can't remove the hitch. Any hints? The manual doesn't say anything about this.

Hi I have a detachable towball on my citroen C5 , it was made by Bosal and if left fitted for a short time it sticks . On mine you turn the key and push in the knob then turn it clockwise, If it sticks it just needs more leverage to free it . Hope this helps. Regards John.

Tnx. I'll try it right away.
![]() EDIT: That didn't do the trick but I'll give it another try again tomorrow as I didn't bother driving the car out of the garage and it was a bit of a squeeze to get behind the car. ![]() EDIT2: Now I know what you mean. I actually need å key. I'll talk to the dealer abort getting one. :-) Last edited by Gurba; 09-17-2011 at 09:23 AM. |
