Air filter is a nightmare, buried away at the back of the engine. It requires some disassembly to get to it, so if you're not a competent spanner man I'd pay someone. It's quite a noteworthy bit of surgery to get in there.

Ditto the diesel filter - it's easily accessible, but there one's don't self prime, so it's a lot of fannying about if you get it wrong, which is easy to do.

Mine's due am air filter change too but I've just been looking at it and I'm starting to think that I can't be bothered to change it now!

I've not even looked at the fuel filter yet but I imagine it's going to be just as awkward.

I'm not sure if it's worth changing mine yet as the car is just over two years old with 30,000 on the clock.

Is it advisable to fill the fuel filter first then run the car up or does the whole system need primed?

The system needs manually priming.

You can do it yourself (I did on my 308 HDi), it's just not gonna take 5 minutes is all.
